We wholeheartedly respect your privacy. Our family tree is designed to be public in nature. This is a global research tool to find genealogical roots, collaborate and build our single family tree for the world. So most information entered and contained within the tree will not be private. However, we are extremely careful to keep the portions that are private completely secure. These include email addresses and passwords.

We use cookies to store visitor preferences and record session information. Registered users may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.

Email Addresses

• We will not provide any person's email address, including yours or any addresses you enter for other people, to anyone including advertisers or third parties.
• We will not spam you, your relatives or your friends.
• All email addresses must be verified before being used to send messages to or receive messages from other users.

Passwords

• Passwords are encrypted with strong 256-bit encryption.
• Passwords can only be reset as it is impossible for even us to decrypt them.
