Margo fell on a piece of concrete while running at school a few weeks ago. By the time I arrived to her school, by literally running, she was great. Still horrifying for me as I took her to the ER for 6 stitches (2 of them I was told had to be very deep to keep it together). Everything was smooth and then, at the very end as we were going home, she had a bad reaction to some medicine they gave her. Acting like a mean drunk she was so angry at everyone and clearly hallucinating as she was trying to touch things that weren't there. I'm not sure why I'm preserving this traumatic memory!

Yesterday Margo was helping mommy with the laundry, looked at the reflection in the glass door of the washing machine and said, "wow! Look at that bootyful girl!"
